We offer free shipping across the world. At the moment, we ship to more than 100 countries, and the number will continue to increase as the products become more popular.
However, the delivery time varies from country to country.
For example, it usually takes 2-3 days for our deliveries to arrive in Hong Kong and South Korea, 3-6 days in Canada and Australia, and 2-6 days in the USA.
Nevertheless, there will be further variance in the delivery time owing to the current Covid-19 Pandemic.
It is also noteworthy that those mentioned above will take far more time for our deliveries to arrive at locations far from major cities.
We operate same-day shipping as long as we receive your order on or before 10.30 am Malaysian time on a working day. It means that you will have to await your shipment the following working day if your order is placed after 10. 30 am Malaysian time.
Also, orders placed on weekends or a public holiday will get to the desired destination on the next working day.
It is also noteworthy that our platform uses Priority Service from top-class international couriers to ensure that your orders arrive within the shortest delivery time possible.
We are also keen on ensuring that you receive the best quality of the Hamer and Active Candy.
However, please note that our international couriers will not accept parcels addressed to a P.O Box. Additionally, international couriers will not pick up your package if you do not provide us a phone number or contact.
What about delivery status?
We will always be in touch with you. Once you have registered your order and obtained the tracking number, our automated system will take over to inform you about the status of delivery via e-mail and Whatsapp.
When there is a change in the delivery status of your order, we will notify you via the same channels.
After receiving your shipment and the status shows “Delivered” on our system, you will stop receiving the status update on your order.
It means you have got your parcel.
